I had another great day. Dale and I went out to eat at Golden Corral.
Then we went to Walmart, and bought me two pairs of jeans, a dress, and we got my hair cut, and blow dried. Donna

I really have to say Dale has changed a lot this last year. He never has
the time to spend the whole day with me usually. He is so busy doing other things. So my birthday was a really nice day. I will enjoy spending thursday having lunch with my sister, her husband and Dale, maybe Derrick. And then not sure but maybe doing something with the guys. We will see. Its been so nice just getting to do things. Derrick and I will be heading to Indy on Friday afternoon to stay the weekend and go to what is called ALPS over the weekend for him to take the Principles of coaching, at Butler University. We are staying at Drury Inn and they have nice meals at night for guest, that I can't remember what they are called. But we wont have to get a meal either Friday or Saturday nights. We can just eat their. Donna

Derrick and I had a good time in class. He is going to make a good
coach. It was really funny the director of special olympics was the teacher this weekend. And I guess he has been wanting one of the athletes from Benton county to take the coaching classes. So he has informed Derrick that after the capsule class which is how you finish your area, to get your degree. And start your next program he is to come back and finish his coaching program. So he will need to do another elective with the way the classes are done. He will be interviewing at least 3 coaches for his practicum. Donna

By the way I forgot to tell you. I had a doctor's appointment last
week. And my a1c was 6.2 which is the lowest its been in almost 10 years. I am so happy that its low again. I've been trying to get it to go lower for a long time. So I'm so glad its finally getting there. I have not been able to lose any more weight in a while. But haven't given up will just keep trying. Donna
