I looked at my logging of my weights and saw

that my highest weight was 202.
I did not realize that.I weighed 188
this morning.my weight is creeping back up
again this week. need to keep a lid on the alcohol that I
drink. I went to fat pats today and had dinner
and drank HIGH noons.They are vodka and soda

only one hundred calories.They have 4 carbs a can

which is great for following a low carb diet.

I have always had luck in losing the weight

cutting out most simple sugars and
wheat products, starchy veggies.
There used to be a spark
people site that calculated your food items
that you ate. And showed you the

breakdown of foods showing you calories carbs, fat, protein.
It does require some level of obsessive behavior.

counting carbs is easy when you have a book.

I am sure I have a book up in the cook book cupboard.
I will start monday.
Then all of my high carb beers will be gone.

I'm stuck right now, which isn't unusual so I'm waiting till next time
I'm on a losing weight again time. I'm not drinking but a little sugar
drinks so I know its not that. I think its just the time period I'm at
to not gain or lose for a while. It happens every 4 to 6 weeks.

So we will see when I start to lose again.

Its not something I worry about.

I am drinking 3 high noon vodka and spritzer only 100 calories
and 3-4 carbs depending on the flavor. I like the pineapple
flavor.
I started mixing them with partake NA beverage peach goze.
It stretches it out and helps me drink more water/fluids.

Although then I get up twice to pee at night, but can fall

back to sleep. So that is good. I don't snack although I did

not have anything to eat last night until 8pm jeff was asleep

until then. He had come home from drinking with friends and

went to bed around 5;30 and fell fast asleep, he was snoring
lightly. At 7;20 I went into the bedroom and turned on

the bath room light and woke him up and he thought it was
morning. Then I asked if he wanted dinner, he said he wanted
to rest some more and promptly went back to sleep.
So I had some canned soup,and some crab dip.

Jeff was discombobulated when he got up at 8pm.
Ate ham slices and cheese and 3/4 s of a bag of

frozen raspberries and some tabouli from sandras.

We ended up watching 4 episodes of MASH.

That was fun.

Had every intention to order the sandwich without the bread but then thought
I would make this a cheat day. The sandwich was wonderful and plentiful.
I also drank 2 big beers they were craft brewed at our new local brewing company called: adopted dog.
It is about 10 minutes from our house, In stead of 30 minutes to Broussard,
45 minutes to the bayou tech, in Arnaudville. and they have good food and beers.
What I mean by big beers is that they were almost 8% when I am used to drinking the 4.5%high noons
so I end up with 6 beers instead of 3. right back on the dieting horse and high noons and partakes
I am stuffed. It will be hard to get my meds to go down with a cup of water that I must drink for regularity.
I guess I was not strong enough with my resolve.
