Default No energy anyone have ????

I just can't seem to get enough rest, nor ever feel rested.

Is or has anyone ever got anything for energy to take along with our meds?

I can't stand this anymore. I know my pain issues don't help, nor the meds I take for them, since the pain meds don't work, I don't think they are doing anything to make me tired, because this has been going on way too long.

Some people need a new matress...perhaps one that is more firm or soft. Perhaps Dirk could flip it for you?
Does taking a warm bath before trying to sleep help?
there are people who have sleep diorders..they go thru sleep studies to see if they actually have sleep apnea, they end up wearing cpap devices to help them breath better and sleep really well at night.
A sleep study would diagnose and thing like this.
I wish you slept better and am sorry that your pain meds are not working....

Pain meds along with pain will do that to you. As well as overdoing it. I wouldn't worry too much. I get those days too.

Hi,
Perhaps try taking 20 min walks (or whatever is the equivalent in your hot climate. ) Or try medidation or yogic breathing.
Just a thougt.
