Oh boy that's so awful to lose your air conditioning like that. I'm sorry you had such a rough night BF. Glad to hear Doug did something nice for your birthday like that, hang in there, it's not going to be easy but you're going to get better with stress, look for some help, maybe your counselor? And talk about how you feel and hopefully that will help you to figure out something you can do beyond letting people push your buttons.

I know I have the same trouble letting people push me around or push my buttons setting me off, but I don't have any advice for you on how to stop it since I am still in the same boat as you are basically, but I wanted to post and let you know you're not alone. :) I'm glad you have us here to post to, I know it's really helped me a lot over the past year to post here. :)

Thank you everyone.

Today I am trying to play catch up around my apartment. I went from being with hardly nothing to do at all to being so busy I kind of miss the days of doing nothing on one hand. I know that this is good for me though to get me accoustomed to being busy cause when I have to work I'll be busier.

I hope all is well with everyone else.

What school are you in?
Do you have an idea where you want to work?
Has your counselor helped you figure this out?
With your caring attitude I am sure that you will do great in what ever you decide to do.

Hi Bizi,

I go to the Computer Training program at Goodwill that the Dept. of Rehab. seems to only like to send their clients. I have been going about once a week. I'd had a real hard time with the class though. It is self study and the teacher has had a co-worker/friend who talks with her and laughs out loud each day I'm in class. The teacher is hardly in class like taking an hour for lunch with her friend instead of the allowed 1/2 hour. I lost my cool last Wednesday and yelled in class about the noise. I had sent the teacher an email hoping to work out a solution to the noise and she's had 2 business days to answer but has not. The Goodwill job coach will help me with finding a job but my Rehab. counselor has done nothing to see where my strenghts or interests are. I haven't a clue where I want to work.
