Default Exhausted

Hi all,

I have not been sleeping enough ever since last Wednesday night and today is Sunday! I feel so exhausted. I may have to increase my loxatane by
10 mg. I know it'll make me drowsy for awhile until I adjust and that has me worried because I need to get to the grocery store and such. I was suppose to get with a girlfriend who is in town from out of state for the past 3 days but had to cancel. She must think I'm terrible.

Oops, I was trying to respond and hit the wrong thing.

I think, heehee.

But I wanted to send you some hugs. And say get to the grocery and
maybe meet with your friend. See if maybe she could come to you.

I realize that you are exhausted, but maybe seeing a friend would help
too.

Dear Befuddled,

I hope you get some sleep.
Maybe you can see your friend too.

Shocked sleep first!

honestly, what kind of friend would tell you to stay awake even longer in order to see him or her?! Not a very good friend!!

Seriously! You are not thinking clearly. If you haven't slept in days, you need to call your doctor immediately. Before friend, before groceries, before making a medication change decision yourself.

a loving but firm suggestion from a fellow bipolar pal (who currently is stable/ knock on wood...)

Thanks everyone. And Barb, thanks for the bear with flowers. He was adorabale.

I slept long enough last night but am still sleepy. I think since starting this allergy meds. even when I get a good night's rest like last night, I was still super tired.
