Well you know though I bet they can't say a thing about the tape
recorder going to the room. As long as its not turned on. And I bet you the friend wouldn't dare step in the room, as long as its in the room. You wouldn't even have to have a tape in the machine. Just tell them that you are going somewhere to use the machine after the class. And don't have anywhere to leave it. DOnna |

different states have different law re taping. In SD where I live you can tape a conversation as long as one of the participants knows and agrees to it. In educational settings it is quite common for student to tape lectures and classroom activities. Your school probably has a policy re this and you might want to check with the administratiion regarding it.

Thanks Michael but the administrations at Goodwill is saying I cannot tape the class.
