Default Post-op appointment today

I have my post op appointment today. It will be good to get out of house, since I have been in a week. Getting ready is the kicker, no energy. It will take some time since I can only use one arm.

My mom wants to get new eye glass's so that is on my to do list.

I will probably be exhausted afterwards, but got to get my butt in gear one of these days.

I am debating if I can get one of the Bayada PT's come to the house for PT, if medicare will cover it, they may not due to only needing a PT, and now being able to drive.

I guess it would be good to have to go to PT, it would get me out of the house and maybe better with things to use for arm PT. Instead of just exercises.

I know the Dr will be impressed on how well my arm is doing, at least I am.

Have a good day!!!!
