Hello all - It's the weekend once again!

Time to check in...............

I posted yesterday about what is happening to me, so I don't want to repeat myself, unless something enjoyable comes up for the weekend!

Hi,
After I took my regular dose of Klonopin, pins and needles started on my face on my face. I tried to go to sleep, but I freaked a little as it spread to my hands, feet, arms, legs, and everywhere else. Also, the sensation got more intense and moved to pricking.
I last had this over a year ago. I usually stay up to see what is going to happen and to talk to my self to convince myself that everything is ok, but it was harder to do that this time with my work and sleep worries.

I eventually did fall asleep but kept waking up with the rain outside and constant pricking inside. It is better now (8 hours after I took the Klonopin) but I am still kind of worried.

I want to ask the pdoc to help me go off the Klonopin. I hope that it is a Klonopin thing.

I was in an ER the first time this happened.They said that I was ok.

Later, the neuro/pdoc ordered an EEG and MRI over this. He said I was ok except for an anomally on the left side of my brain.

Still working and not happy with Todd at the moment. Our schedules are so different it is hard to even talk to him in person.
Maybe I am just brooding and being a fart, but he's being stubborn about meeting my gay cousin and his new husband. Like he's going to catch something. Whatever.
Anyway....going to try and get together with my cousin....unfortunately it will have to be without Todd.

Mari - I would call my Dr. that doesn't sound good about the Klonapin causing that. Maybe it is something else.

Wendy - Have fun with your cousin, no matter how your husband tends to deal with it.

Just got back from taking my Mom to the Dr. we both got flu shots.
She was good, wanted to just go to Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens, not out for a drink. So, that's a plus. There isn't any alcohol in the house either, so she isn't asking for it either.

Going to have to take it easy this weekend with my damn shoudler. Dirk could even feel the movement of whatever in my shoulder, it actually made him nervous, so lets hope it's just the healing process. It's like a movement crackel, something in there is moving around or whatever.

Never a dull moment........................

I have an entire week off.

I don't know what I am going to do with myself. I don't think I have ever had that much time off work that didn't involve maternity leave, being seriously ill or my kids being seriously ill.

OMG!

What am I going to do besides clean?

mari, Have you ever hyperventilated before.
I have and got those pins and needles effect for quite some time... am sorry that this has come up again for you.
Have you been weaning yourself off the klonipin? It could be a withdrawl thing...others have written that they have bizzarre side effects from tapering off of benzos.
WEndy, have a good time visiting with your cousin...
Nikko, take it easy this weekend if you can.
mrs bear....don't over due it with your time off...spend some time on yourself....maybe you could go to a day spa if you could swing it.
You deserve to be pampered.

Okay I'm in a really up mood right now.

I had a good thursday and friday, then I had really awful news friday evening.
Put a damper on my weekend. But I had desided instead of letting it ruin my weekend. And the day on Sunday for all my extended family in Kokomo,
to call my mom and get over the bad news. So I had called last night and
told my mom that the grandbaby and the girls weren't going to be able to come for the birthday party or trunk or treating. Because Devin's car broke
down. And there just isn't anything else to bring everyone in.

I'd worked on trying. And no answers. So then I went about telling Devin that even though he had said, I could take William and A'dra to kokomo and
the rest would stay home. That wouldn't work because of my shoulder. So I
had cancelled the party. But I would take the older two girls to trunk and treat if they would let me. SO I thought okay its fixed.

So this morning off Derrick and I went to the health fair, and inside walk for health. Derrick walked after he helped set up my booth. He is so much good help carrying in my things. Anyway I get home, and they have fixed Devin's car. And the party and all is back on tomorrow, and trunk and treat for the kids.

So my husband is also trying to fix Danny's furnace today also. So I have a back to wonderful husband to a degree he got the car that wasn't working going. And everythign is back to going on track.

Next week is the VEEG for Derrick at Riley Children's HOspital on real Halloween.

Hi,
I am just getting to bed now.
I don't know what is going on. I got past most of my sleep issues in August. Now maybe it is habit. I need to start better habits and go to bed earlier when I first get sleepy.

Anyway, I made plans to go with a buddy to the gym later (Sunday).

WE went to a halloween party last night..it was fun!
I did not drink too much....
It is a beautiful sunny day today...supposed to be this way all week.
Great haunting weather for the kiddies!
Mari I hope you were able to catch up on some rest today and sleep in.
