Lightbulb Chronic fatige syndrome and all

With the days getting shorter and many us complaining of the faigue what are thoughts of the shorter day light hours being a contributer. I know that I have Thyroid problems, hypothroid...but, this is even worse this time of year. With only 11 hours of daylight now and cooler days, I know I am limited on the exposure to sun I get.

I am really considering getting one of the lamps that simlate the sun. An inexpensive holder to clip on and a light bulb at Home Depot or Lowes should be the less expensive way to go.

If they bottled sunshine, maybe I could rub it all on!

Yep it's official I'm the odd man out.

I get the same feelings (don't think I have thyroid problems) ...but during summer and early fall. I "come alive" mid fall up until the end of spring or so.

I've done more work on my projects in the past 8 days than I have in the previous 5 and a half months.

Good luck with the lamp/bulb, DiMarie.
Let us know how it helps.

I wish I could send you some Florida sun.

Dear ZombieSlayer,
Your season has arrived!

I'm not sure if I am affected by the seasons.
Maybe I am and that's why I live here -- maybe I had enough sense to move here to FL even though I didn't plan it that way. -- dunno
