'Saw counselor today.
I told her about cleaning out my office-mate's crap.

After a few minutes, she said, "OK, now what about you?"

HELLO?!!
I told her that he and his crap was all about me and was bleeding into other areas of my life. After I told her some more she caught on and noticed that I had some "anger." Yeah, you could say that. Actually, I am mad at a lot of folks and a lot of situations right now.

I'm not sleeping right and I'm not eating right.

She said that I seem not to be managing well.
She helped guide me to come up with a few little things that I can do to make my life easier.


I don't remember that there ever was a time when I WAS managing but she assured me that there was and that I can do it again.

She also encouraged me to go to the beach again.

Honestly I think cleaning out the office is one of the best things
you did this week.

I also believe that I like this new you. Even if its going to take
you a while to get used to it.

We are expecting a thunderstorm...it is 75 degrees right now...very warm and humid...not complaining one bit....hope it doesn't cancel a water and fire festival tonight.
must get ready to go...have many many things to do today, last minute shopping wrapping paperwork, christmas stuff...not looking forward to going out in traffic today but will listen to music to help with the crazy drivers...me excluded...I am a very cautious driver!
