Trophy hi rutro

a bit late here, but i want to welcome you as well.

the folks have already given you great advice...

and you sound like a real trouper, and a kind, sensitive person. I do hope you try individual therapy for yourself; it certainly is a big shakeup for you to take care of an unmedicated bipolar.

i commend you for all your research. even if your wife doesn't read right now, your work in understanding her issues is helping her and will continue to help her in ways you cannot imagine. so often, family is in denial as well as the "patient" ... you on the other hand are being proactive in trying to understand and to the extent you can, help her through her moods... at least recognize them. that is really a great accomplishment.

but also... do take care of YOU, keep posting and tell us how it is going.
