I just wish I had sugar plums dancing in my head right now instead of all these crazy thoughts. I can't keep anything down, my nerves are a wreck. My pdoc won't give me anything to sleep because of reasons. I took two Benadryl and tried to sleep. I watched my ceiling fan go round and round all night. I even named the blades, discourage, fear, dejection and the big one humiliation. I've never lost a job before and I worked so hard there and this is the thanks I get.

I'm going to see my mom and my family at their graves to put flowers on and ask for their forgiveness.

i like the names for your ceiling fan blades... i understand... but now, i want you to do a hard exercise for me. i want you to find names for each, that contrast the ones you gave them.

you have given them names by your feelings, a good mental vent, an expression. now i want you to give them wish-names. try it for me, ok?

pls confirm on the lithium. it really should help after a few doses...

Same as Donna, I'm not sure what you're asking forgiveness for, but don't let it be for that job, or something that is outside of your control. Like your illness for instance. Both of those are not your fault. In any event, did you go... if so i hope it brought some solace to your soul...

You know, Guilt is terrible shadow for us all. When we feel bad, he gains power. Today i wish for you steadfastness not to look behind, not to give Guilt any power. (You can always give it back to him tomorrow )

I truly hope you are at the very least ok.
