Great - 6 hours is wonderful. Glad you feel better.

Change of sleep pattern must be very difficult, but I know you can do it.

Your body needs sleep, it just needs to get used to sleep at a different time.

I always wondered about people that work night shifts and how they can do it and rearrange their sleep.

Thanks for the info on CFS too. Nikko

Mari

I'm so sorry you are having such a rough time.

Hoping things slow down. And you start to feel better.

changing your sleep pattern is a Herculean task...six hours or more is simply awesome. You are on your way...don't be discouraged if you can't always repeat it...

Oh yes, I desperately needed the sleep.
But it was at the wrong time.

Waking up at 10:00 pm makes it hard to work in the day.

I didn't go into work today either.
Feel depressed.

Default saw pdoc. then nearly broke down in grocery store.

Dear Friends,

I slept three hours and then got to my pdoc's late at 4:15. I got lost on the way there because of brain fog.
He looked at my blood work and said it is fine.

Then he asked me what is going on. I said that I might have a virus and have huge brain fog. He asked me a few questions but I couldn't answer because the brain fog was too much.
He wrote the scripts and let me out of there.

Then I drove home and had a near melt down in the grocery store when I couldn't find the fresh ginger that hubby wanted.

I gave up and came home.

Feel like crap.
Depressed.

Dear Mari

I sure wish I could have been there in the grocery to help you find
what the hubby wanted.

I also can understand the almost breaking down.

I hope things start to look up soon.

Unhappy

Oh Mari,
I am sorry.
Does your hubby understand just how hard all of this is for you?
Get some sleep tonight if you can/when you are able....
With more sleep you will feel better.
I am sorry about the brain fog...I have had something like this before...but it was more of a psychotic state...zombie like feeling...floating feeling.....
surreal...
terrible feeling that way.

Hi,
Hubby has been extra accommodating all week.
Thursday he was slightly less accommodating.
And he probably didn't think that the grocery store stop was a big deal. I thought I could handle it too.

When I called him from the store he said to come on home without the ginger and that would be ok.

I slept for an hour a little while ago.
I think I will just try to get my sleep when I can and see what happens.
