Default So Alone

I am feeling all so alone tonight. I cannot believe I will never talk to or see my ex-huband again. Word of advice, do not sign anything that you are not 100% happy with.

Unhappy

((((((Barbara)))))),

I know, I know. You're not alone Just allow yourself to feel what you feel. It's hard to lose someone, even an ex-husband.

Hugs.

This will pass. Being lonely is no fun. Then again having time to yourself is good. Maybe you will find something you like to do, as an outlet, something just for you that you really enjoy.

I know you must have many mixed feelings about your ex, because of the same situation I was in with my ex and DV.

Give yourself time, you deserve it.

Remember baby steps......go easy....

Thank you all,

I woke up depressed today but did manage to get out today and eat an order of cole slaw. Gee, it seems that's alll I could afford for now. Biz, I'm afraid of the chat rooms because of in-laws could very well be in them.

Heart

((((((Barbara)))))),

Oh, you've got to be formally introduced to my "best friend":

ramen noodles

When I was out of work for over 15 months and my unemployment had run out at 12 months, that's mostly what I ate.

I have fibromyalgia and I get really-really tired sometimes, especially when I have to ride in the paratransit vehicles for more than an hour each way to get to a doctor/dentist appointment. For some reason, that exhausts me. I think it's because it make my back hurt so much. So tired that I can't even cook.

Ramen Noodles to the rescue!! Smash the back of the noodles package with the side of your hand until they're all broken up. Dump them into a small microwaveable bowl, add two cups of water, and stir. Microwave on high for 3:30. Then eat. I get the oriental flavor.

You can add fresh vegetables to them if you want. Just put a cover over the bowl so the veggies steam in the microwave.

Sometimes when I get hungry an hour or two before dinner, I have a bowl -- it knocks back the hunger so you don't turn into an animal and eat everything in the house.

Sometimes if my stomach is bothering me, I just have that for lunch or dinner. It sits really lightly on the stomach.

Goes nicely with a sandwich or an apple for lunch or dinner.

Nice for a late-night snack so I don't run downstairs and raid the candy machine.

And best of all, they're CHEAP.

My son calls them "prison food". There are actually cookbooks on how to use them in different ways: Ramen Noodle soup recipes

Happy Noodling!! Hugs.

Thank you Barb,

I hate ramon noodles but there are something cheap to eat. one of them would be more than enough to fill me up.
