Default Frustrated Again

I am getting so tired of all this mess I have to go through since my ex-husband's death. The life insurance company does not want to pay out so easy and I am ******. I may have to fight for it. Does anyone know how to complain about the shady practice of a life insurance company? If you do please PM me if you need anymore information. I'm drinking tonight for a change as I cannot take it without some release anymore.

Hi,
Every state capitol has an office in charge of insurance companies. . . . . ....someone like a Commissioner of Insurance.

They can help you.
So could any lawyer.

Thank you two. I now know what to do. And the beneficiary is the person not whether your still married or not.

I'm still rattled but am calming down some.

All I can think of is a lawyer could help, but they are expensive, unless it is a large sum of money, then the lawyer would wait to be paid. Or at least give you a exact amount that he will charge afterwards.

Insurance company's are tough.

Legal Aide should be able to help you for free.

Just a few ideas.

Hugs, Nikko
