I think I will trim some bushes in the yard.
hubby and I jogged in our neighborhood about 5 blocks and it killed me then walked probably about a mile total.
It is a start...some day I want to run/walk a mini marothon.

I forgot to tell you,
my car is in the shop.
I drive a honda insight, hybrid car.
Yesterday my whole system failed...took it to the car dealer and he said they would have to replace the entire system, fortunately it had a long warranty, 10 years and the car is 6 years old....so it will be taken care of.
I am so glad about that....it would have been very expensive to fix otherwise.

must work out in the yard today, it is gorgeous!
need to work on my flower pots, still have not planted my roses from last year...my bridal wreath plant is blooming the sweetest little white flowers ..it too has been sitting fthere waiting to be planted, we were going to make a rose garden in the front lawn....

Hey everyone! Went out with Mom today and had a lovely time. Jackie was pretty good too and I didn't buy anything unnecessary. LOL! I am just tickled pink with the turtle setup now that the dangerous gravel is out, they can eat that and die from impaction so that stuff had to go. Though I am saving it for the ten gallon tank for later when Mr. T has his own tank and we set the ten up as a gppy feeder fish breeding tank.

Big time withdrawl ran short on my Lexpro, I sent new script for Express Scripts and it will be several days until here...I hope a bit of Ativan can help.

The St Patrickės Day parade in Scranton today was to have Hillary and Monday the Irish Womens dinner is having Obama stop by.

I had a south beach sesame chicken wrap for lunch...it was very good.
Had crunchy noodles, whole wheat tortillas, lite mandarin orange dressing.
I can recomend them highly!

Worked out in the yard...built up a huge appetite...going to go out for dinner...really have to watch it...those ribeyes are so good! Maybe I will get a low carb seafood pizza....it actually has shrimp in the crust!
They only serve it during lent....I love it!

A red belly wood pecker today came to the feeder, the one with peanuts.

It is so nice we could sit out side alfresco!
I need to get in the shower as I am so dirty from crawling in bushes to trim them and digging in the dirt....
I love feeling productive!

Di am sorry about running out of meds...yes the ativan should help and perhaps your pharmacy could get you an emergency 3 days?

Hubby got dressed up and went out to a function for work. I don' t have any nice clothes and didn't want to go anyway.
So I am home. And wondering when he will get home.

Earlier I went grocery shopping at the health food store.

I'm falling asleep. I wish I could go to sleep.
