I thought I'd start the thread since Nikko hasn't. Hope she doesn't mind.

But today is my 27th wedding anniversary. And its been a half way nice
day. It would have been perfect if I had only gotten in my emails and
gotten the message about Derrick's video going on tonight at 6pm. We
weren't here.

But that is life. I've been out taking care of things. I also had to run a
couple of errands for tomorrow. I am having company.
My sister and her husband and I'm hoping my mom are coming.

Then on Sunday Derrick has been invited to help with a Easter hunt, he
will enjoy it. I will be doing who knows what. My husband is working
12 hour days this weekend, he had no choice.

But that is not bad. We can use the money for the trip.

Hi, Donna,

You have busy weekend planned and I hope it goes well.

I'm depressed right now. I don't know why unless it is that my system is thrown off because I started a new low-ish carb diet last night. Maybe I'll stay on the diet until tomorrow/Sat when I see my acupuncturist. I'll see what she says.

Earlier today I saw my tdoc. She put me in a state of relaxation (with hypnosis) that was so deep I was not aware of anything. I did not even hear her words consciously. It was indeed a relaxing place to be for a few minutes.

But she did a similar hypnosis two weeks ago, so I don't think that that can explain being depressed.


I'm very relaxed right now. No anxiety. But depressed.
