What is up this weekend? This week?

I just woke up from 5 hours of sleep. (Went to sleep after 7:00 am)
I have to run out and will be back later.

I have been sleeping at all the wrong times. . . . still don't know how to fix sleep. I lose a lot of my day to being tired or sleepy or sleeping.

My first cousin has a dx of stage 1 Hodgkin's lymphoma. I haven't seen her for over a decade but I feel close to her. He family is into alternate healing modalities so I have been combing the web the last few weeks.

I found a place that sends free hats to people going through chemo.
I sent her some water colors and other art supplies because she used to be an artisit and still has a good hand and eye and I see studies about how artistice experession can help people heal. Also, I sent some CDs about mediation/ healing sounds/ . . .

I have not been able to send her books because she doesn't like to read so I am out of my element a little with looking for appropriate audio books and stuff like that. ( I feel almost like my hands are tied if I can't send books to help someone )
She has good support from her family -- but this is the whacky side of my family so I worry about her a little -- something I need to work on with myself a little perhaps.

(Oh, just to be clear. She has started chemo even though I think she fought the idea in her head a little while/few weeks.)
