Trig Freaking out....don't know if I'll Trigger

So just to be safe.................................

I can't take this. Racing thoughts, woke up with them. Feeling bad about myself. Worried to the hilt and destracted as all get out. Panic attacks, took a valum. I'm getting lights in my vision. Little slivers of light that wriggle verticly up and down. I think its from the panic attacks. I am crying one minutes and laughing the next. And I have way too much energy but all I want to do is sleep.

I am trying to wait it out thinking it will pass. That it just can't keep going on like this for too long. But how long is too long to be manic? I don't get this way. I live on the depressed end, so I know what is going on, but not how to handle it for myself. I can take care of Wes because there is an emergency plan in place. But should I wait it out till tomorrow then call the pdoc if it's not better?

How long do you guys wait before you know it's not just a flash in the pan?

I feel like screaming this is so not cool. Leaving work is just not an option today, I am alone and a patient is coming in to get his leg. I just can't leave him on crutches cause I am loosing it.

AAAAHHHHH

Dear Mrs. Bear,
It sounds like a mixed episode to me (but don't take my word for it).
Call the dr now. Maybe you have something in the house he will suggest that you take. If not, he can call the pharmacy -- it's not a big. Call him.

I hope you get better soon.

I'm sorry you're going through this Mrs. Bear Can you get step away a while and just try to breathe? I go down into the stair well at work and just let it out at times. But I'd call my pdoc before it gets worse

How to Treat Ocular Migraines
By eHow Health Editor

Rate: (1 Ratings)

Ocular migraines, often called painless or silent migraines when involving no headache, can be hard to diagnose. The symptoms can differ greatly from the traditional migraine. They are characterized by a blind spot, blurry vision or seeing lights similar to a fireworks display within the eye. These indications, however, may be part of a visual problem that is unconnected to migraines. Learn to identify, treat and prevent ocular migraines

I am ok if I can keep the panic at bay. That seems to be making everything worse. My valum are an extrememly low dose. I didn't call the doc, but I will if it gets worse and I will definately call in the morning.

I will read more about the migraines. I just had a nasty one last week. Could be a hold over, so I will check it out.

Thank you for all the help and the hand holding. Again.

I would call sooner rather then later, it does not sound like the position you are in, is a good one. Manic moods, I understand, are much worse than depression and need prompt attention.

Oh Mrs.Bear I am so sorry you're having such trouble right now. I would definitely call the Pdoc if you're still feeling this way. I just wanted to post and say I hope you start feeling better soon. Hang in there!
