Mari :hug: I'm so sorry this has happened. I empathize with you. I know how uncomfortable it can be at times. We are conditioned to accept noise as the norm and distractions are unprofitable. I believe there is a voice in silence, that most never tap into. I'm quite proud of myself lately for handling new clients and going out there in the field by myself. Now it's nothing. I enjoy it, I enjoy talking to people who don't know anything about me or my past. :o

I hope you feel better soon and are able to get some rest :hug:

Dear Mari

I love you. I hug you. {{{Mari}}}

You have a great brain, but people messed with it to make their own lives easier. Or more fun. Try boundaries. They sound cold and tiresome, but they work. It is a way of defending yourself without attacking. You are entitled to space and restful time for yourself. Not only entitled, you need them. In order to continue to be a person that everyone can rely on.

it takes two make a conversation. try not to take all the blame if lunch didn't go too well. the other half needs to add some spark and something to talk about too.

Mari,

Seriously don't be so upset, which I personally know is easier said than done. I can't even count the number of times I've been in that situation. I either can't shut up, or can't think of a dang thing to say. Either way it feels awkward and I'm honestly not sure what to do, either. As far as sleep goes, are you on klonapin or lorazepam to help you relax enough? It's working somewhat for me.
