Dear Friend,
Yes, these disorders can evolve, especially if the person is not under the care of a good psychiatrist.

I have hopes for the psychiatrist visits.
Make sure that you print out what you write here and bring the print outs with you.

Talk therapy can help you distance yourself from your sister and father so that it matters less what they do.

I'm sorry that you have had a bad time.

Default Mari You are a dear sensitive friend. Thank you

Thank you Mari. Thanks for coming to encourage me. This network is a life line. My doctor is a good man,but he hasn't done anything for me in a long time. Can you believe with all of this anxiety,he's only giving me 0.25 Mgs. of generic Xanax,4 and now 6 times a day. For the OCD,he's giving me generic luvox.

I've been patient for years, but my condition is changing. I thought that it was bad before, and it was. I'm perplexed about these spells that I've been going through. He's always been a good listener, but I Know know that I can't rely on him in a emergency, and he's not aggressively treating my condition. I still have this relentless pain in my chest from anxiety. He doesn't worry about that either. It's not a little pain. It's allot of pain.

I don't have a regular doctor now. He left his practice, and didn't tell his patients. I was surprised when I went to his office, and there was a different doctor there. They didn't know where he was. I went to the desk at the hospital, and found out there that he had left his practice. I had moved out of the county, but he had the resources. I probably called them. Even my vet. for my cat knew where I was. A mystery.

There's not as much pressure in my head as what I had last night. Last night was terrible. My emotional Flux was as bad as it gets, and it's somehow changing, not to mention my sister told me what she did when I was on the verge of this spell, and I fell right in after her email. Talking to her is like point, counterpoint. She is talking to me as if she has lost her heart. She has put a wedge between me,and my dad. My dad is now like he was when I was a kid. I left all of these messages last night, not in this forum community, but on the outside of this community. I didn't get any return messages. What a sad world. Brokenfriend

Default you are not alone

Dear Friend,

You are going to pull most of this together.
The right meds help.
Also they give us a chance to set up a filter -- so that we worry about things that we choose to worry about -- rather than worrying for the whole day.

Anxiety and the weird mix that you are describing is hard.
Remember that you are not alone.
