Default Nerves making me sick

I think my nerves have got the best of me. Yesterday morning all of a sudden I got sick to my stomach, I think it was the vitamins I took, not sure.

Woke up at 3am, couldn't get back to sleep, even took 2 Klonapin.

Now I have diahreah, and my stomach is feeling good either. I know I am not eating right but still. Tired too, but that is nothing new. It seems I am always fatigued to the max.

It probably is all nerves, stress, etc. I hope I am not getting sick with a stomach bug.

My mom's appt. went well, she even got a flu shot which is good.

Although, I still need to do things around the house, I just can't.

Need to sleep, a day in bed sounds like it might be a good idea.

I hate this. Maybe my mind will let me rest, I hope so.
