Default Had to update on my pain

As many of you know my pain has been very bad. But today after a very bad
weekend. I went for my first session with a massage therapist and she did
a wonderful job on my shoulder blades, neck and shoulders. The one thing
that is so much better is the thing my physical therapist can't get to relax
at all the shoulder blades.

I'm hoping this will help some each week, she said, its really tight and bad.
She can see why I'm in so much pain. And she really spent lots of time working on me. She I believe spent about 45 to 50 minutes but charged
me for 30 because I was scheduled for that. But she had a cancellation
or two. And when I had called to make sure of the time of my appointment
she had told me I could come in early.

KNow that was so nice, and I was so grateful, I've had a sick and awful
headache all weekend. And it was so nice just for a few hours to get
rid of it. Of course its been back for about 3, but it was gone for about 6.

So I'll take it.

Hoping all are having a better week.

Dear Donna,
I hear that very good massage therapists are rare and to be treasured.
It sounds like you found a keeper.

Yep I have. And I am being put on hold for physical therapy because its
not helping. SO I'm heading back to my doctor on Thursday to see what
he says.
