I have one and love it... I just got mine due to allergies killing me this year and not wanting to mix allergy meds with all of my other meds.
My 4yr old nephew also uses one.... he even fills it up and does it by himself now... poor little guy is allergic to just about everything. I got mine at CVS cost about $10.

you betcha. i love it. feels funky, but boy howdy does it work.
kinds gross..so beware: * * * * * * * * * * * lil'monkey was having terrible sinus problems this school year. we were really worried about some singing recitals and competitions. i bought her a neti pot. OH MY! neve rin my life have seen something like come out of a nose!  it was black, thick and slimey. i swear it was mold!we had a problem in our house right before we moved. that was last year when texas had all the flooding. cleared her right up. no sinues or being sick the rest of the school year. we all use one. errrr..our own. sorry..i think sharing would really be gross. even grandmonkey. lol. he thinks it's cool.

Only use sterile water in the neti pot!
