Hello,
Some years the kids and grown ups in the neighborhoods around here start the fireworks a day or two early and then keep them up until well into July 5. I find that the loud noises make me jumpy. Probably the same for others too. I wish we had a law. Oh yeah we do. M. |

I like silent fireworks and the beautiful display but not the noise. I don[t think the noise is worth the display. I started feeling like this after my explosion.

I haven't seen live fireworks in so long that I wouldn't know now. In the past they didn't bother me.

They are beautiful to look at.
I wish I didn't have to hear them from the kids out side my building. M. |

as a kid we lived in a rural area with a pond out back and plenty of space. we used to shoot them off over the pond. it was very pretty and the noise didn't carry so much as to be intrusive.
now I live in the city and the kids in the neighborhood are setting them off constantly. it echos in the courtyard of the building and sounds like gun fire. it scares my dogs... with the windows closed and the ac cranked up it isn't too bad... |
