Default Does anyone have an average night?

Dear Bizi,
My sleep is all over the map -- I don't have an average night.

Last night was 7 hours. But two hours after waking up, I REALLY wanted to go back to bed and could not because of work.

Tonight I will sleep about 6 hours I hope. I have to get up early for work.

I feel like I am several weeks behind in my sleep deficit.

Four hours!??
Sorry.
I guess four is better than none -- if you say so.

I had about 6 last night and then took a 2 hour nap later.

I think that my klonopin leaves me hung over. I could really use an average of 9 hours.

I sleep between 5 and 7 hours on average during the week. I sleep steadier now for the last 5 months than I have in about 8 years since I started taking Topamax for my migraines. I still feel tired about 5 p.m. and want to nap, if I do nap I still sleep solid. The only thing that really interferes with my sleep are my opiod pain meds, severe pain, or a bf wanting to cuddle while I am trying to sleep.

I get between 7-9 a night depends on when I get the dishes done and hit the hay. I was getting 5-7 before and even that wasn't really restful since I wasn't using my CPAP machine. Anything less then 5 and I can't function well. sometimes I have to get up to take a pain med other times it's fine and I can sleep the night through.

I usually sleep 2 hrs at a stretch. (takes me 2 hours to fall asleep, then lay awake for a few hours after I get 2 hours in...)
I refilled a Klonopin script last month and have been getting 4 hours at a time now. Its been really great!
(i usually take an hour nap during the day as well)

this sounds awful.
what about increasing the klonipin dose?
I know what it is like to sit and stare at the clock for 8 hours....no fun at all.

I have tried increasing it, but I end up with massive headaches and hangovers the next morning so it doesn't do me any good. The lower dose gives me about 4 hours of solid sleep without the side effects so thats what I do.
