I don't think I knew that you were trying to quit smoking beside going thru all of this...so very hard to do.

I give you a lot of credit trying to quit smoking, are you using any type of quit smoking things? I used the Nicotrol inhaler and quit for awhile on that.
It's like a cigarette, with a cartridge you put in and use it when you get the urge, it works. It even comes with a little case, just like a pack of cigs.

I have been smoking like there is no tomorrow, I wish I could quit. I just don't have it in me now.

Good Luck......Nikko

Good luck with the quitting. I've tried many times and can't do it. Something always sets me off and I'm right back smoking again.

But I do know people that have and when I tried they told me to drink lots of water to flush out all the toxins in the cigarettes.

Good luck with it. I hope you are able to do it.

Hi Bizi and Nikko.

Bizi, I will be quit smoking for 2 years next month so I'm use to not smoking. I'm just not use to not eating chocolate yet.

Nikko, I used the nicotine inhaler the 1st 3 months of my quit. It was my life saver. I know you don't need to try to quit now but perhaps soon with the help of support sites for quitters you'll do it too. It took me many times before I got it right. I did quit at a bad time though. I made my mom's funeral arrangements when I had only been quit for one month. Actually there is no good time to quit because there will always be an excuse not to quit. That is the attitude I took and I will be off of cigarettes for 2 years on December 23rd.

Thanks I'll bookmark it for when I get my head on straight. Now is definitely not a good time.

I've tried a couple times, but it says "bandwidth exceeded" in three boxes in your post there.
