Wisest Elder Ever

Well,
all this extra energy is me going too much too fast...took a geodon tonight, like I did the night before as well. Need to slow down a bit and try to focus better..I missed an appointment with one of my clients and forgot several important things....I find myslef back peddling. Going to the gym, cleaning our house on saturday, staying on the computer for hours...all of these things make me worry. ~sigh will wait to call the pdoc a few days to see how I do...being able to see it is half the battle I think. ~sigh bizi
