Hi Nathan,
Some people report better mood control when they give up gluten and wheat products -- less depression, less anxiety, less irritability.

I tried it for a few weeks once even though I didn't have any obvious symptoms like a stomache ache. I think I would have to do the trial longer, like 6 months. .....not ready for that yet...
