Default Back from the dead, okay not the dead exactly!

Hi guys!
Its been months since I have been able to get on to the boards but I am finally here.
Unfortunately, its back to where I ended up.....wobbling at a job and about to get fired because of my BP and anxiety about work. I have asked for STD and I just can't take it anymore....I need my friends back. I missed you all so much that its silly I didn't come back sooner.
Work sucks, this new job is making me grey before my time and it is increaseing my anxiety. I have been out for the past 2 days and will be out again. This time I have only a 1/2 day available and will probably take a pay cut for the day but I don't care.
My husband understands to a degree but only so much. I give up....BP wins. I don't know which is worse...the BP, the anxiety or my fibromyalgia.
I need my friends back Even the new ones on the boards. HELP!

Hi!
Welcome Back!!

I don't know that we've ever talked but I know I've seen you around the boards and I did notice you hadn't been around. I'm sorry you are struggling with work, bp, and anxiety.

Please don't be a stranger....

Oh Wendy, so sorry work & things have been draining you.
It is nice to see you again though, but for a sad reason.
I hope you can get the time off that you need without too much trouble.

Thanks everyone for inviting me back.....I am so exhausted. I have the STD paperwork on the way for tomorrow. I have to get all that paperwork filled out. SIGH!
Oh well I will be out at least a month so at least I have some time to get my head together about what I really want. Maybe I was never meant to go back to work.

Heart

I feel your pain. I had to quit my job last year. As an accountant I could not keep up anymore with the day to day operations, the added stress from my boss handing my special things to do, or anything else associated with it. I immediately applied for disability and got it on the first try with in six months. By no means does it come close to compensating what my salary was, but it's enough to pay the rent and the meds I need each month. But Im all for you on the de-stressing your life. I don't think BP won, in my case all of this has opened another door. I'm 5 months since my last hospital stay and if things stay on course, I will probably open my own business, outsourcing accounting for small businesses in the area. This way things are done on my time table, and can be organized my way, thus cutting out all of the stress of working for a corporation. So while things are stressful, hang in there, you never know what can happen.
