Dear Bobby:
Would it be possible to have your housekeeper do some deep cleaning; like shampooing the furniture and carpets, and washing the drapes? I found that the first 6 months were increasingly harder if I even got the slightest wiff of a ciggerette. A whole week! That's outstanding. Now you need to relearn how to enjoy a cup of coffee without a smoke, and change the other habbits that will make you miss them as well. (I had to quit taking the kids for long drives when i quit again because it was very hard for me to be in the car without a smoke in my fingers.) You are doing great!! Take it 1 minute at a time. |

I couldn' t have my housekeeper do that. I always have at least one window open and don;t smell any smoke. I don't want to get near a smoker for a while. It might be too tempting. As i said I have an unopened pack in my apartment. I feel physically so much better. I wonder if it will give me more energy. This is the second or third time I have given it up. I really wasn't enjoying it anymore
