Heart I can relate

I had agoraphobia when I was initially diagnosed with Panic Disorder. Basically people can function fine within their house, but can't step a foot outside the door. I had it so bad that I was confined to my bed. If I even stood up, the panic attack was so severe, I thought I would die...all of this was right at the time of my initial diagnosis. Im Bipolar and some of what you describe sounds like rapid cycling, which I also do. I was also told I had Borderline Personality Disorder, I'm OCD, and I have PTSD. So absolutely you can have more than one diagnosis. Oh and as far as family goes, don't bother with it, until you have gotten yourself straight. My family has disowned me because of my "mental illnesses". But the funny thing was, it was easier to get on with treatment without them, rather than rehashing everything to them and them telling me, you know if you were just strong enough you could think your way out of your behavior. I think that is the moment I hung up the phone and never picked it up again to call them.
You are getting a therapist, I think that is great because you are taking the responsibility for your emotional health. Not many people can do that. And by the way, I would love to have camera's around my house, Im a tad envious on that note!!!!
