Default Forget feeling better, just start on presidone now

Well I guess I might as well just accept the fact I'm still not getting better.
I really hate this time of year. Its so depressing, and there is no way
I can get back into exercising, I just don't have the stamina.

I started a dosage of presidone thanks to the asthma doctor's Nurse Practioneer today. And I just want to cry, I want to feel better.

But I can't seem to find a solution. I need to find.

Anyone have a clue what kind of exercise I can try without leaving
my house. I have a membership at a gym but to go would be so hard
right now.

And I'm eating soup and things that are good for me. But I need to figure
this out.

Next time I feel good enough to do something in the house.

Its dusting and laundry.

Donna,

How about putting on some music and dancing to it at home? Sometimes walking outside is good if it's not freezing. I hope you feel better soon.

Heart

could you call and put your club membership on hold, some clubs allow this with out penalty for mendical reasons, I was even given back half of my membership dues when I confessed that I was manic when I bought the member ship...which was true!
the prednisone will help you feel better.
I don't have a clue to what to do for exercise...I am not a role model in the least.

This is a good DVD with three 20 minute segments.
It is called Yoga for the Rest of Us: A Step-by-Step Yoga Workout with Peggy Cappy.

She had a show (still does?) on pbs. You can buy it at amazon.com

The first 20 minutes is entirely in YOUR CHAIR.
It is great.
You stretch you neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and open up breathing.

Thanks for the ideas to you both.

I bought a walking tape today for my house.

And a couple of other easy things to try at home. I looked at a yoga
tape, but couldn't make up my mind.

I sound better today. I think I even might feel a little better today.

Hoping it last. I even got up the nerve to tell my supervisor
that the week I am scheduled to spend in Indianapolis all week.

That I am not able to drive back home on Wednesday after 3pm
and then come back to Indy on Thursday at Noon.

So that whether they would pay for the room, I will be staying
in Indy. That it would be much better for me physically to stay
over and rest.

She was very receptive to it. I had already requested it, and had
been told it was early enough to drive home and back.
But I just didn't think so. ANd now I'm allowed to stay and they
are going to pick up the bill.

Wow, I also picked up a training in January with the big school
corporation for me. And its something that I'm being given
high marks for. Donna

Thank Bizi

Its taken me a long time to just ask the director of this particular
cooperative to do a training with my group. I've been like a last
minute add a few times. Thanks to one of his employees thinking
of the fact he included the other parent group but not us.

But I've not asked for this kind of thing and it wasn't easy for me
to suggest it. And I also had asked the girl with the other parent
group if she thought they would want to be included. But since
they are a group that have parents pay for the trainings it is harder
to do with them.

But he had told me in a email yesterday he wanted them included,
and I could reply I had asked, but that we had to ask the director
because they usually charge. And neither my group or of course
his group would want this.

So it was very good.
