Default Forget feeling better, just start on presidone now

Well I guess I might as well just accept the fact I'm still not getting better.
I really hate this time of year. Its so depressing, and there is no way
I can get back into exercising, I just don't have the stamina.

I started a dosage of presidone thanks to the asthma doctor's Nurse Practioneer today. And I just want to cry, I want to feel better.

But I can't seem to find a solution. I need to find.

Anyone have a clue what kind of exercise I can try without leaving
my house. I have a membership at a gym but to go would be so hard
right now.

And I'm eating soup and things that are good for me. But I need to figure
this out.

Next time I feel good enough to do something in the house.

Its dusting and laundry.
