Default Nursing Home Called

I was beginning to wonder why the woman at the nursing home in my county had not called me and what I would do on Christmas Day if I couldn't go there. Well, she just called me and is going to email me a list of people who don't have anyone so I can visit those people. I also got a brillant idea a little while later to buy some socks for these patients and wrap them up for gifts on Christmas Day. That will get me in the Christmas Spirit for sure. I am really getting excited now about Christmas.

What a great idea! I took a name tag from a giving tree at SAM's Club for a 4 year old girl that loves Disney Princess to make me happy. I debated someone with more money may have made her happier, But if they will allow it, I have hardly used Disney Jean jacket for winter, scarf, gloves and hat with Princesses on them, and Crown, wand and shoes for Cinderella. If I buy a Cinderella nightgown, and some other princess items that should be grand.

I am determined not to have the typical sadness over the holiday's.
Enjoy shopping for the socks, Oh there are some specials on the kind that feel like cashmere.....super soft!

Di,

That is great you will be giving to a girl for Christmas. I hope you'll have something to do on Christmas Day also.
