Its another day in court. It should be quite simple, if they are only going to give his trial day. They should just put him in jail today and get it over with.


Unless, something unexpected happens. Going to be a long day, since it isn't until 3pm.

Didn't sleep that well, yet I was up at 4am and I am reving.........wooooooo

I will take my Klonapin prior to court - a few, even though my body fights the med, because my nerves seem stronger then the medication, in stressful situations.

It's only 8:10am here.

I have just learned to expect the unexpected with him and court.

I do hope to find out what my part is in the trial and what they are going to be asking me and so forth. Bench trial ? Jury trial, I doubt.

I think a trial is just a waste of time, since everything is documented, and he doesn't have a leg to stand on, but who knows what his public defender has up her sleeve. The prosecutor told me it was going to trial, and he couldn't take any plea. I guess the prosecution wants him in jail......YES!!!!

Ugh, such an aggravating ordeal, not to mention draining.......................

I feel sooooooooooooooooo tired, yet I am revving........what a crappy feeling. I am yawning like crazy. Maybe this is a good thing, I'll be so tired by court time, nothing will bother me, yet I doubt that, cause of the revving like a plane ready to take off........

I had a headache, but I took one of my Furicet and it's gone.

Is it night time yet???????????????? LOL

No appetite, that's nerves. Drinking iced coffee, smoking like there is no tommorow, that's nerves too.

It's only noon time here, but I am all showered, blew dryed my hair, just have to use the curling iron and a bit of make-up and get dressed last minute. Since I am wearing black pants and with my dogs, that's a no no, I would be full of hair.

Will leave here around 1:45pm to get downtown, plus have to stop for gas.
