Question anybody want to talk about T day?

Hi Friends,
Hubby and I are doing turkey day tomorrow.

We do this because I don't cook. We go to a fabulous place that specializes in birds with no added hormones/antibiotics..... to buy the
-cooked bird,
-stuffing,
-and gravy.
I usually make a green bean casserole and we are done!!

We have to have Thanksgiving early because the store stops selling cooked turkey a few days before Thanksgiving. What would be the point of buying a cooked turkey earlly, refridgerate it, and then having to cook it again to warm it up. I don't think so.

Then on Monday hubby starts bringing in leftover turkey to microwave for lunch!

I'd prefer to skip the whole thing but I do this for him.

Hi,
I'm worn out.
We cleaned out the fridge and freezer and made room so we put leftovers in. Hubby is making soup with the bones.

We don't do Christmas, thank goodness.

Default Staying home

I chose to stay home for the holidays, and my significant other chose to go back east.
