Unhappy I am sick today

Been in bed all day. Have a headache, the runs, and nausea.

Don't know if I am coming down with something, but I can't even keep water in me.

I feel really crappy.

Thanks for all your support.

Be back when I feel better.

Hugs, Nikko

Dear Nikko,
You've been holding yourself together for the court date.

You need lots of rest now.
I hope that you feel better soon.

((((((Nikko)))))),

Mari's right. You've been holding everything in for so long. All that SHIPS is probably finally coming out of your system.

Once you get that horrible person out of your life and fill your life with the things that you love -- animals and friends and laughter and happiness -- you're gonna feel fantastic.

I'm sending BIG HUGS and virtual chicken soup your way. Hope they help. You have no idea how much you mean to all of us, Nikko -- how much we care for you.

Take care, sugar. Hugs.

Nikko

I haven't been here long but I know you've been under a lot of stress. I just wanted to let you know I'm sending positive thoughts your way and I'll be thinking about you.

I hope you were able to rest last night. Let us know how you're doing.

Hugs.

I am up it's 7am, got up at 6am. Having coffee per usual, we will see if that stays in me.

I feel somewhat better. I tried chicken soup yesteday with bread and went right through me. I drank lots of water to keep hydrated, but it made me more nauseas and went right through me. I must be well cleaned out. I am still achy and tired.

The migraine had come back, so I took 2 more Excedrin Migraine which seemed to help again.

Maybe it was/is a stomach bug, or just the stress finally getting to me.

Hugs, Nikko

Either way, stay hydrated. You have been through so much.

(I know I get really sick after a big stress out. And I don't let myself take care of myself.)

So, that being said.....Pamper yourself, stay in bed, eat rice, dry toast, bananas. Drink lots of clear fluids. (sports drinks can be bad if you do too much but a little can help.) My little guy has been doing the stomache thing for a week now and this is the only way I can keep anything in him. It's something call the Bratt or Brad diet. (who knows) but the docs tell me to do it every time he starts puking and having diareha. icky.

Stay in bed and rest. You'll be able to do more later.

HUGS.

Nutty, Bear, Nikko,

Feel better. I need to know that my people are ok.

Sending roses.
These kind take away body aches and pains and bring high functioning days.
