Default food issues

Greetings,
Unusually cold weather for this time of year is on the way and I have no warm clothes! I need something to wear to work next week. (usually the cold -ish weather comes in jan/feb.)

I gained a ton of weight after hubby moved in with me last October and the clothes I wore last winter won't do. A friend is taking me shopping tomorrow.

My accupunturist today told me to get serious about my diet by
-cutting out fast food,
-eating organic,
-cutting out sugar.

Yeah. I know what I need to do when it comes to food. Anybody want to write a book with me?
I have to work on the part about not feeling overwhelmed everyday.
'Woke up crying today. Second time this week.

Mari

Hi,
Is it ok that I complain about night temperatures in the high 40s F and day temps in the mid 60s?
