Don't know if I am coming down with something, but I can't even keep water in me.

I feel really crappy.

Mari's right. You've been holding everything in for so long. All that SHIPS is probably finally coming out of your system.

Once you get that horrible person out of your life and fill your life with the things that you love -- animals and friends and laughter and happiness -- you're gonna feel fantastic.

I haven't been here long but I know you've been under a lot of stress. I just wanted to let you know I'm sending positive thoughts your way and I'll be thinking about you.

I am up it's 7am, got up at 6am. Having coffee per usual, we will see if that stays in me.

I feel somewhat better. I tried chicken soup yesteday with bread and went right through me. I drank lots of water to keep hydrated, but it made me more nauseas and went right through me. I must be well cleaned out. I am still achy and tired.

The migraine had come back, so I took 2 more Excedrin Migraine which seemed to help again.

Maybe it was/is a stomach bug, or just the stress finally getting to me.
