Default Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all.

Hi,
Sorry, I haven't been posting, just been having a hard time with the Holidays this year, and didn't want to drag anyone down. It doesn't feel like Christmas or right this year. I have spells of crying that I cannot control.
Nothing much last night, just opened gifts with Dirk. Today he is working, that is what happens when you work at a hospital.
I am going to cook a turkey with all the trimmings, got to say, doing better than I did Thanksgiving, staying in bed.
Yet, I have been doing that a lot too, but my lower back pain is extreme.
I see the neurosurgeon the beginning of Jan. to see what can be done.
Dirk is doing great NOT DRINKING, it was a month yesterday, he goes to AA, and is a different person. He says he feels better, etc.
Will write more, hanging with my dogs, waiting for the parade to go on, it's only 8:30 am here.
Wishing you all the best for 2009.
Hugs to all, Nikko
