Default Oh my the pain

My legs are hurting like the devil from doing work around the house today. My back hurts too but not as bad as my legs. It's a shame that when I get on a cleaning spree I have to pay for it with pain in my body. I wonder if I was more active every day like today if the pain would ease up?

Heart

Dear Barbara,
Were you able to calm down the pain with a hot shower or bath or heating pad?
Sleep will restore the body.
Have a good New Year's Eve.

Have you had a MRI of your back? Have you had back problems and/or arthritis or scar tissue from any surgery, that could be doing this.

The have Excedrin Back and Body that works, depending on the amount of pain you have. I always find the heating pad helps.

Go easy, don't over.

Get it checked out if this continues too.

I hope you feel better soon befuddled2. I know I pay for it when I get too robust in my cleaning. But that's how it gets done, no other way to get it done sometimes. Happy new Year!

Try to rest your back and legs and try the heating pad or those sticky pads that you can wear for 12 hrs.

I know the pain, I feel for you.

Tell you Dr. see what he/she says.

Hugs, Nikko

Barbara,
What's happening? Are you up late or up early?
I hope that you slept.
I am getting ready for bed now -- my night owl phase went even nuttier that usual during the holidays.

Mari, I was up that late. I had slept till 3 p.m. New Years Day so going to sleep was really hard.

Pam, yea those spinal blocks are awful. Especially when they have trouble with the injection on count of scar tissue.
