Default Now I am Sick
I had a big mug of warm milk and ever since have been nauseated and have the runs. That was about a couple of hours ago and I cannot get to sleep feeling like this.

Uh oh......sounds kind of like what I had. I just drank water and had soup and it went right through me, felt like crap, but the good thing was it was just a 24 hour bug I think. I would of taken something for the runs but I didn't have anything in the house, nor for the nausea.

Just REST......take sips of water and let it run it's course. The water to keep you hydrated at least.

Take some Tylenol, I took Excedrin Migraine.

Dear Befuddled,
I can't drink milk unless it is lactaid. The same with ice cream


But I avoid milk no matter what kind it is.
It yucks me out for some reason.

Thank you all, I do feel better today. I still had diahrea today after every time I ate something but it's better now. I only got a couple of hours of sleep the night before last and had to make up for it last night.
