HI,
I went to bed at 6:00 am and slept to 3:30 pm

That was my day.
I'm going to try to get out of the apt to go for a walk before it gets dark. I stubbed my toe on the computer chair so I don't know how happy the sneakers are going to feel.

Hi Bizi, I wish I could afford DSL. I pay $20 for dial up.

Di, I can imagine how wore out you must be from the stress of the tornado and no current.

Mari, I went to be at 6:00 this morning also but got up at 11:00. I should make up for the lost sleep tonight hopefully.

I hope I got everyone.

I didn't make it to the gym and I talked myself out of doing a yoga tape.
I sort of took a nap instead.
.....having problems with energy levels.

I spent mostly the last four days in bed...without the music on....I even managed to get more sleep. I had weird frenetic dreams which left me breathless when I awoke from them. I finally crashed and may have reached the bottom.

waves I feel so bad for you...how can we make your mother understanding.
can't you tell her that this is much better than group therapy and is a healing and spiritual process. if you surf enough, you might be able to find a part time job too telecommunicating in the states...that might not be too stressful.
Tell your mother that Bobby thinks she is being silly and here she thought she was such a wise woman....tell her of course we all have our silliness.
