So if your mom specifically doesn't know about the killing voices, i would call her back at work, tell her exactly what you posted to us... and that they "sure can be convincing sometimes" as you said. Inform her that you need to go to the hx now. She might decide she needs to come home or send someone for you.

Otherwise, if you do not have money for a cab, ask her if she has some someplace in the house that you can take. If not, tell her you will call 911 and go by ambulance. That will be kinda expensive .....but its cheaper than dying or jail!

Mom's can handle birthdays in hospitals. She was there for yours right? Anything to get you help and to get those voices to stop. Mom will help you find the right Dr. It may take testing out a bunch, but the right one is there.
