Its so close to Mother's Day and I know that right now she is not having
a good thought or two. She is still in the hospital and had a CScan yesterday to see what they should do next. I haven't heard if they will do something else or wait a while longer to see if her system will start working right. But this Saturday is the Annual Mother Daughter Banquet at the church she goes to and two of my sister's. She as far as I know hasn't missed one in all the years we have done this. Neither for that fact have I. Or most of my sisters. But I'm guessing she wont make it to this one. And I'm also guessing its something she is upset about right now. I need to figure out how she can still be a part of it but not there. Donna |

Donna I am sorry to hear about your Mom and will give my prayers for her health. I remember when we had one of our baby's we had a catered dinner...perhaps they won't object to a picnic tea lunch being set up. Finger sandwiches, salads, fruit and dip.
She may not feel up to it, but just watching you girls together with her will surely make her happy. Maybe is she is up to the sun room area or something. I am keeping you all in my thoughts.  di

Will figure out something for us two on Sunday. But they have
a special tea at a time I can't go tomorrow at the nursing home she was moved too. My middle sister the only one of us with nothing to do will go. Donna |

Well my mom was moved to a nursing home to get stronger.
She is doing lots better. But even though she is hoping to go home soon. I'm not so sure she will. But that is because she has lots of strength to rebuild. Donna |

Thanks for the update donna,
I am sure she will get good rehab while she is there, they usually have therapy 2-3 times a day. and if her attitude is good then that is half the battle. (((((HUGS))))) you are a good daughter. beth
