you ought to go see an internist to help you with your thyroid...I don't think I would want my pdoc manageing my hormones...but that is just my opinion.

The Amitriptyline can put on weight.
So can the extra Seroquel of course.
Ask the doc who prescribed them.

they reccomend 2-32 oz of water (8 cups, 64 oz) a day ....if you are drink 5 -32 oz containers....that is a lot of water, have you been check for diabetes? I vote for seeing a specialist too.

I have been checked for diabetes..... blood results show I'm well with the "normal" range...

I drink this amount of water... mostly out of boredom so that I'm not snacking... plus with the humid air here... it helps to keep me cool...

I'll check into an internist... never thought about that...

Didn't eat breakfast today... Lunch was lean ham on whole wheat...

it sounds like you are sticking with your
weight watchers...good job!!!!!!

we ate at chilis last nite, had a black bean burger with jalepenos with steamed veggies very good. they have a guiltless menu.

I'm drinking lots of water. And eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Need to figure out how to eat meat that I want.

I started counting calories on 6-14 so that makes it 2 weeks.
the first week I averaged 1350 calories a day.
the second week I averaged 1070 calories a day.
I think I have lost 4 pounds, my scale is funny though.
We are going to new orleans for the day saturday,
going to the aquarium and the dinosaurs 3d at the Imax,
things to do to stay out of the heat.
I probably wont count calories but will be sensible.
As a reward, I have a chocolate treat after every day, either a lite ice cream bar or a small candy bar.
It is hard sticking to this diet especially if you go out to eat. Chilis has a guiltless menu, I think I told you that already.
