Waves, thank you too. I hate those days of sleepiness.

I am getting things done around my apartment today. I've got to get ready to move in a week if I can get it set up in time. I'm putting papers in different big brown envelopes to file them away kind of. I cleaned out some in my fridge and took out 2 bags of trash. I have a whole chiken in the oven and I feel as though I could eat the whole thing when it's done.

I have a new interest in a guy and I think he likes me also. I met him in the restuarant I hang out in. He's a regular in there. He hugged and kissed me on the check when he left this past week. I hope to see him this week. I told a friend to tell him I like him cause I don't want to be rubbing our flirting around little Bill whom I've been out with a few times. Little Bill is really crazy about me but all I wanted was to be his friend. It's a sticky situation. Little Bill is not the the Bill I talked about last week. That one was Big Bill and him and I are okay as neigbhors again.

i'm crashing out for the night.... i'm so zoooooonnnnned. :Zzzz::Zzzz::Zzzz:

it is so darn hot and stuffy here. i am afraid to turn the fan up more because it might raise dust or something. i took an antihistamine because all the windows are open too... but that is not always enough if there are a lot of allergens. i don't want to wake up puffy-eyed and itchy sneezy scratchy throated in a few hours. :o sigh. and summer is only beginning.

i sooooooooo miss central air conditioning. :( heck... even a ceiling fan.... :Sigh:

Hey Beth, love your Flying Hattie pix... thank you!!! She looks too patchy to be a skunk though. more of a cow pattern... what are those kinds of cows called? The patchy Vermont kind that are on Ben & Jerry's containers and stuff.

Thanks Barbara. :) Air conditioning is a relative novelty in these parts, and central air in apartments is ... hah! grrrr. :mad: good reason to call this the Old World.

Mari, i am glad you felt rested yesterday and i hope your tdoc appointment goes well today. Look forward to hearing back - when you are up to it. Keep taking it easy. One day at a time.

i woke up not-too-stuffed-up and only a bit puffy-eyed (it will go down), although my throat is sore still from yesterday. :rolleyes: i am still zonked though, i have had my coffee and i just want to sleep more.... :Sigh: (and I slept plenty!) i only took .5 mg of En this morning (and it wouldn't have affected me yet, lol)...

i am going to continue taking extra En in the morning for a while... at least until i am used to the Wellbutrin, since the anxiety attacks started even before the Wellbutrin but the latter could, if anything, worsen them. En is a very long-acting benzo and should just help keep my anxiety down. which is better than spazzing out and eating gobs of lorazepam which causes peaks and troughs, and is ultimately more addictive if used too often.

well off i go to have a dull day... ahhh, so positive am i, eh?
