WE have many posters who struggle with depression. Let us support you here too. WE all need as much support as we can get. beth

This is such an incredible gesture. Thank you.
I'm having a rough night so I don't feel like writing, but I will when I feel up to it. I just wanted to post and say thank you. And let everyone know (whether they know me or not) that I'm trying my best. |

This is an active chat room that is our parent forum psych central, we at neurotalk fall under their umbrella. They have regular psoters at night and have a support room specifically for those who need support immediately. no one hosts the chats but they are very friendly and welcoming. Our chat rooms are so empty most of the time I am afraid so I go there on occassion. You do have to register. but that is easy and I am bizi on there as well. I hope you can sleep tonight and get some renewed strength. ((((HUGS)))) beth

Thank you again. I think I will make it through tonight. But if not, I will try the chat room. I can feel my thoughts taking over and if they don't subside, I will be back late tonight to post. Right now, I'm just reading other people's words of wisdom (and am thankful for every word)
