Exclamation A quotation thought of by Brokenfriend

I use to hear a coward dies a thousand deaths, but I say a person with phobias, and mental health issues fights a million battles, and lives.

I've been fighting this anxiety all night. When I think about this,it goes back to decades of fighting through many nights, and wrestling with these phobias, and many mental health issues that I cannot fully explain.

I'm glad that research is showing variations in spacific Genetic regions of people who are struggling with mental health issues. We also realize that these issues seem to be inherited.

I'm glad that Joe Pantoliano,a movie star,is going to make a movie about these things. He just found out that he has clinical depression.

Remove the stigma, keep looking for cures, help us,and comfort us. We fight these battles, and live. BF
